When food is served COLD.

Guys, interesting fact of the day!
Baby & I patronised Swensens at PS despite the long queue.

After being seated, we ordered Steak & Giant Prawns for mains.

After patiently or impatiently (one might say) waiting for bout 20 mins or so the food finally arrived.
Obviously we were delighted.

Dig In!
First: the greens were cold.
I thought alright, still acceptable.
Greens might be served cold.

Next: the potatoes were also cold.
So I said, still reasonable. (since we were both starving)
Let's just get to the steak.

Finally: the steak was COLD.
For your information, we ordered medium rare.
Not blue rare.

U can imagine the look on our faces.
Immediately we got the waiter over for explanation purposes.

All he could do was to apologise, grab the plates and walked away.
That meant, MORE WAITING.

Anywayz, there was no service recovery of any form.

All he did was to heat up the food.

When the food came back it was almost similar.
Except this time round it was warm on the surface ONLY.

The above suggestes: no more PS Swensen's.
